Hi, I’m Tariq.

I love the outdoors, good company, and staying active! Over the years I’ve learned how powerful these three things can be in boosting my mood.

Like everyone, I’ve had moments of loneliness, indecision and overwhelm. I know what it’s like to stay inside and let those feelings grow. What has always grounded me is simple: reaching out to someone, moving my body, or stepping outside to feel the sun or a gentle breeze.

I’m not a therapist. I’m simply someone who cares, who listens, and who believes in the power of fresh air and a friendly chat.
